Recipients of data

Your data may be processed by our subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services we use to provide you with services and carry out orders.

Since we use Google services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) for storage on American servers. Please note, however, that Google is member of the Privacy Shield program and guarantee the level of personal data protection required by strict European regulations.

The entities to whom we entrust the processing of personal data described above guarantee that they apply the personal data protection and security measures required by law.

Due to the use of Google services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) in connection with its storage on American servers. Do not worry, Google provider has joined the Privacy Shield program and thus guarantees an adequate level of protection of personal data as required by European legislation.

Processing objectives and activities

Orders

When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary to complete the order, such as your name, billing address and e-mail address. If you make an order as part of your business activity, you must provide the name of your company, address of your registered office and NIP (Tax Payer Identification Number) number. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to carry out the purchasing process.

The data provided in connection with the order is processed for the purpose of processing the order (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR/RODO), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR/RODO), including the invoice in the accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR/RODO) and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR/RODO).

The order data will be processed for the time necessary for the execution of the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the contract. Moreover, after this period, data may still be processed for statistical purposes. Remember also that we are obliged to keep invoices with your personal data for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.

In the case of order data, you do not have the possibility to correct this data after the order is completed. You may also not object to the processing of your data or demand the deletion of your data until the limitation period for claims under the contract has expired. Likewise, you may not object to the processing of data or demand the deletion of invoice data. However, after the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims from the concluded contract, you may object to the processing of your data for statistical purposes or demand the deletion of your data from our database.

You also have the right to data transfer as referred to in Article 20 of the GDPR/RODO.

Contact

When contacting us by e-mail, you provide us with your e-mail address as the sender’s address. You may also include other personal data in the message. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to make contact.

Your data is processed in this case for the purpose of contacting you and the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR/RODO, i.e., your consent resulting from the initiation of contact. The legal basis for the processing after the contact is a justified purpose in the form of archiving the correspondence for the purpose of proving its course in the future (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR/RODO).

The content of the correspondence may be archived and we are not able to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request the history of your correspondence with us (if it was archived). You may also request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified by our overriding interest, e.g., the issue of potential claims on your part.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics tool provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We carry out this activity by creating statistics and analyzing them in order to optimize our website.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of our website. The information collected in this way is usually transferred to servers in the United States and stored there.

Due to our activated IP anonymization, your IP address is shortened before it is passed on. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the United States and only shortened there. The anonymized IP address provided by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is generally not combined with other Google data.

As Google LLC is based in the USA and uses a technical infrastructure located in the USA, it has joined the EU-US-Privacy Shield program in order to ensure an adequate level of data protection as required by European regulations. Within the framework of an agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has established an adequate level of data protection for companies with Privacy Shield certification.

Video and audio

We embed the video pages from YouTube. For this purpose we use cookies from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, concerning YouTube service. Cookies are loaded only when the video or audio is played. If you do not agree to them being loaded, please refrain from playing video or audio.

When you play video or audio, Google receives information about it, even if you don’t have a Google profile or are not logged in. Such information (including your IP address) is sent by your browser directly to the server of the service provider in question (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there.

If you have logged in to Google, this service provider will be able to directly assign the video playback on our website to your Google profile. The purpose and scope of data collection and its further processing and use by the service provider, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this respect and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the Google privacy policy.

If you do not want Google to assign the data collected during video playback directly to your profile in a given service, you must log out of this service before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent plug-ins from being loaded on the site using appropriate extensions for your browser, e.g. blocking scripts.
